Patio cleaning: which package do you choose?

A patio that has turned green or dull doesn’t have to be replaced straight away. A good clean often makes it look new again. Lucas works with three packages, so you only pay for what your patio really needs.

1. Cleaning only

The patio is cleaned thoroughly: grime, moss and dirt come off. This is enough if the joints are still in good shape and you mainly want a fresh colour back.

2. Cleaning and coating

After cleaning, the tiles get a coating. It makes the surface less prone to dirt and green growth, so your patio stays nice for longer.

3. Cleaning, re-grouting and coating

Are the joints worn out, or are weeds growing between the tiles? Then after cleaning they are re-grouted and then coated. That gives you the most complete result.

Which package suits you?

Look at the joints above all. If they are still full and firm, cleaning or cleaning and coating is enough. If they are empty or loose, go for re-grouting. Not sure? Send a few photos via WhatsApp or have Lucas come and take a look.
